Rustics, Reydon Villa - Southwold

We stayed at this lovely house for a relaxing getaway. The secluded garden and cosy sitting room were perfect for unwinding. The modern kitchen was well-equipped and the entire house was spotlessly clean. The owners were quick to respond to any issues, like a blocked sink, and even left us delicious homemade biscuits as a welcome treat. They also provided essential baby items like a cot, high chair, and stair rail. The location was quiet and the off-street parking was convenient.

Would recommend this hotel.

The kitchen was mind-blowingly well-equipped, like seriously, cooking there was a dream! Plus, it was super clean and bright. The private off-site car park was a game-changer, no stressing over parking. And hey, there's a handy corner shop just a short walk away!

I had a fantastic time at Rustics in Southwold. The beautiful older hotel had a nice atmosphere and the rooms were bright and airy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage for clothes. The garden was a hidden gem, filled with beautiful plants and offering a secluded and private space. The location was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing holiday. the towels and linen were of great quality, and the house looked freshly decorated.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The kitchen equipment was not sufficient for cooking for six people, lacking enough cutlery and cups unless you washed up after every use.

Pleasant, secluded garden. Cosy sitting room and spacious kitchen/diner. Clean with modern kitchen. Easy access to attractions with free parking. Helpful owners and thoughtful touches.

I had the pleasure of staying at Rustics and let me tell you, it was marvelous! The house was gorgeous, the facilities top-notch, and the garden was sublime. Truly a delightful and relaxing holiday.

Oh, just small things like a mountain of mold in the washing machine drawer and a death-defying obstacle course of steep stairs. But who needs safety and cleanliness anyway, right?

The house had a pretty, secluded garden and the sitting room was cozy. the kitchen was spacious and clean, with modern appliances. the off-street parking was free and there was even a private bay for one car. the owners were quick to respond to any issues, such as a blocked sink. They also provided a cot, high chair, and stair rail for our baby, which was very convenient.

The stairs to the bedrooms were quite steep, although there were handrails on both sides. It would have been helpful to have a handrail in the bath, especially for older guests, and a non-slip bath mat.
